It's once again time for the Family Promise of Acadiana Pulled Pork Po-Boy Sale! The cost for a po-boy and a bag of chips is just $6. Delivery for orders of 10 or more! (deliveries are between 10am and Noon) Orders can be picked up at First United Methodist Church on Tuesday, September 9th.

Volunteer as a Family Promise Board Member


Family Promise of Acadiana is seeking energetic volunteers to serve on the board of directors.

“This is a wonderful opportunity to truly make a positive impact in the lives of our guest families," says Renee Menard, director. "Board members help set goals for our organization, as well as contribute in a hands-on way to fulfilling our mission.”

Responsibilities include:
• Attend monthly board meetings.
• Participate in a committee. Committee choices include board development, public relations, finance and fundraising.
• Assist with fundraising. There are two major fundraisers and four smaller fundraising projects annually.
